Goal |
To create framework conditions for successful mass scaling of four proven, climate-smart agricultural technologies with high return on investment and short amortization periods in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. |

Specific objectives |
· Small farmers are exposed to mass information campaigns and are aware of innovations and their main application scenarios; · Electricians, technicians, and engineers have expanded their knowledge by completing training courses at two newly established "green academies" in Tajikistan, thereby addressing the acute shortage of qualified installers and designers in the green energy industries of these countries; · New demonstration sites for the promoted technologies will open in the spring of 2026, complementing existing demonstration sites in Tajikistan. |

Results |
· As a result of the project, at least 8,000 people will be reached through mass information campaigns through video broadcasts about four climate-smart technologies, SMS messages, and road shows in villages. (In progress); · By the end of the project, 120 solar pump system planners and installers will have completed a certified training program. (In progress); · On site demonstration for at least 50 sector specialists will be conducted in the frame of the project. (In progress); · Two new demonstration sites will be created in Tajikistan's Sughd region. (In progress); · By the end of the project, the availability of equipment and services on the local market will increase. (In progress); · The project plans to place six interns on a two-month internship in private sector companies. (In progress). |
