Project title 10 |
Technical assessment of hybrid power supply system. |
|
Target area |
“Kulma” and “Kyzyl-Art” customs post, Murgab district, GBAO. |
|
Goal |
To determine the technical condition of the entire wind-solar hybrid power plant, solar panels, and helium batteries to develop technical recommendations for the reconstruction and further construction of hybrid power plants at the Kyzyl-Art customs post. |
|
Specific objectives |
· Visual inspection of the technical condition of the external and internal surfaces of the entire wind generator unit, monocrystalline solar panels, wind generator control unit, as well as the charge of the backup batteries and autonomous inverter. · Carrying out insulation resistance measurements of electrical equipment and cable products of the entire wind power plant (WPP) set, monocrystalline solar panels, WPP control unit, and charging of backup batteries and an autonomous inverter. · Carrying out measurement of the charge level and determination of the condition of the HRB battery. · Provide measurement of solar panel technical characteristics. · Ensure that the level of accessory kitting is determined. · Select a location for the construction of a wind power plant and solar panel at the Kyzyl-Art customs post, taking into account voltage losses during power transmission and wind speed. |
|
Results |
· The donor was provided with a report with technical recommendations for a visual inspection of the energy recovery system equipment. · The donor was provided with three types of reports with technical recommendations for measuring the insulation resistance of electrical equipment, measuring the charge level, and determining the condition of the HRB battery. · A report on the technical characteristics of the solar panels was prepared and provided to the donor. · A report on the condition of the equipment was prepared and provided to the donor. · A site for the construction of a wind farm and solar panel at the Kyzyl-Art customs post was selected and offered to the donor. |
